     The company is headed by Mr. Mukesh Gupta and Mr. Satish Gupta. While the Gupta Family still plays a major role in the Management of the company, Agra Engineering Co. the Company is committed to the reform and development with broad bosom and persistent verve.

     We will make full use of the company's existing management, technology and quality advantages, combine existing resources, actively explore the international market, and integrate into the global automotive components supply system.

    The company's brand name "ARROW" has created a niche for itself and is kept in the forefront through innovative marketing and advertising campaigns to suit different markets. The company has been concentrating on very high precision products namely Engine Parts, i.e. Cylinder Liner, (Dry and Wet Type) Air cooled Ribbed Cylinder Liners, Valves, Valve Guides, Crankshafts, Connecting Rods, Engine Bearings and Bushes, Camshafts, Cam Followers/Valve Tappets, Valve Seat Inserts, Push Rods, Levers, etc.

    Apart from it's own manufacturing group, the company imparts technical and other help to the supporting manufacturers in the close scrutiny it maintains over product inputs and stringent measures for on line quality control. A team of highly motivated Executives are constantly monitoring markets, both-existing and new.

Mr. Mukesh Gupta [MD] is a Mechanical Engineer with 31 years of vast experience in Area of Manufacturing. Added focus in expansion of the company in terms of adding newer products categories to the current production lines of the Group. He is also overseeing Sales, and has travelled worldwide.

Mr. Gupta leads and directs the Production, Quality Assurance and Operation teams in the process of manufacturing of goods in-house and at Out-source sites too. He has a passion for imparting Technical related support to the supporting units in close scrutiny & follow-up of very stringent measures to achieve highest level of quality products.

Mr. Satish Gupta [Director] is a Mechanical Engineer with 30 years of vast experience in Area of Sales giving new heights to the group, travelled worldwide. The focus has also been in expansion in terms of adding newer products to the current product lines.

Apart from Sales, he is also overseeing the Accounts & Finance, Administration and HR area. He has a passion for imparting Technical and leadership related matters within the Company and the supporting units for high level corrective and preventive measures for on time deliveries.
